Honest diagnosis before any repair. Every time.
Honest HVAC work. No runaround.
Homeowners in Dayton and the Miami Valley deserve a contractor who shows up, tells the truth, and fixes the problem right the first time. Komodo HVAC was built around that simple idea — licensed HVAC work with honest diagnostics and upfront pricing.
We install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems. Whether it's a furnace that stopped working in January or an AC that can't keep up in July — we assess the problem honestly and fix it right.
We serve single-family residential homes throughout Dayton and the surrounding Miami Valley area. We also work with property management companies — but only for single-family dwellings, so we can give every job the attention it deserves.
